Gazeta franceze “Le Monde”, paraqet hartën e re të Kosovës nëse ndodh shkëmbim territoresh me Serbinë

Gazeta franceze “LeMonde” ka botuar dy tekste për shkëmbimin e mundshëm të territorit midis Beogradit dhe Prishtinës, si dhe hartën e Kosovës me interpretimin e saj në mënyrë që të duket si “ndryshim i kufijve”.

Në tekstin e parë, gazeta shkruan se “shkëmbimi i territoreve bazuar në kritere krejtësisht etnike është shqetësuese” dhe se “etika dhe pragmatizmi janë në konflikt me njëri-tjetrin në debatin për një ndryshim të mundshëm në kufijtë midis të dy palëve”.

Gazeta transmeton shpjegimin e gjeografit francez Michel Fuese, i cili thotë se kufijtë janë të pacenueshëm nga pikëpamja e të drejtës ndërkombëtare, por nuk janë të pacenueshme pasi mund të ndryshohen nëse të dyja palët arrijnë një marrëveshje.

“LeMonde” përmend se në rastin e shkëmbimit territorial midis Beogradit dhe Prishtinës, për herë të parë do të bëhej fjalë për kufij të rinj të nxjerrë në baza etnike, në vend të linjave administrative më të hershme të republikave përbërëse ose rajoneve autonome të ish-Jugosllavisë.

Në tekstin e dytë, “LeMond” thotë se projekti i ridizajnimit të kufijve në Ballkan është paraqitur si një zgjidhje për stabilitetin pas 20 vitesh konfliktesh të ngrira, por thekson se banorët e zonave përkatëse kanë frikë nga “spastrimi etnik”.

Gazeta parisienë në llogarinë e saj në Twitter, ka publikuar edhe hartën e Kosovës, krahas shkrimit: “Midis Kosovës dhe Serbisë, mozaikët etnikë, infrastrukturat kryesore dhe ndërtesat kulturore janë pengesa për një projekt të ri për përcaktimin e kufijve”.

Harta tregon se si do të dukej një “kufizim i ri mes Serbisë dhe Kosovës”, me ç’rast pjesa veriore e Kosovës, me komunat serbe Leposaviq, Zveçan, Zubin Potok dhe Mitrovicë Veriore do t’i takonin Serbisë, ndërsa pjesë e Kosovës do të ishte pjesë e territorit të Medvegjës dhe Lugina e Preshevës me popullsi shqiptare, të cilat janë pjesë e Serbisë.

Katër komuna me shumicë serbe në veri të Kosovës janë treguar në hartë, për të cilat thuhet se janë “jashtë kontrollit, nuk janë të rregulluara ligjërisht dhe janë pre e grupeve mafioze”, shkruan gazeta.

Mitrovica është përshkruar si një simbol qytetar i ndarjeve etnike në hartë dhe liqeni Ujman si thelbësor për furnizimin e ujit të Kosovës, por theksohet se pronësia e saj është e diskutueshme dhe se është në “kufirin me Serbinë”, pohon mediumi francez, përcjell KP/Telegrafi
