Në Medvegjë gjendja alarmuese, të kthehet popullata dhe monitorimi ndërkombëtar (Foto)

Kryetari i Këshillit Kombëtar Shqiptar në Serbi, Jonuz Musliu, me bashkëpunëtorë sot ka qëndruar për vizitë punë në Medvegjë. Me këtë rast ai është takuar me zëvendëskryetarin e komunës së Medvegjës, Florim Sahiti ndërsa pas takimit ka vizituar edhe shkollën fillore në gjuhën shqipe "Zenel Hajdini" në Tupallë.

"Ne kemi ardhë sot me mision, t'i mbështesim shqiptarët. Këshilli Kombëtar po mendon për juve. Gjysmën e Luginës e kemi këtu si territor por me numra nuk e kemi. Duhet ta ruajmë këtë vend dhe këta njerëz" tha z. Musliu.

Ai shtoi se lëvizjet e shqiptarëve, lufta nuk kanë qenë të rastësishme por gjithçka është bërë për mbijetesë. Ndër të tjera Musliu vlerësoi faktin që shqiptarët e zhvendosur nga Medvegja nuk kanë shitur pronat e tyre dhe se kjo lë hapësirë për kthim. Se sa është e rëndësishme Medvegja për Luginën, Musliu e arsyetoi me fjalët "edhe kur e kam bërë emblemën e UÇPMB-së kam kërkuar që Medvegja të jetë në mes të Preshevës dhe Bujanocit me qëllim që të ruhet kjo pjesë", raporton MePress.info.

Zëvendëskryetari i komunës së Medvegjës Florim Sahiti përshëndeti delegacionin dhe e falënderoi shumë për vizitën.

"Çdo vizitë e juaj është shumë e çmuar për neve shqiptarët e Medvegjës, kështu ndihemi më të fortë", tha Sahiti. Duke folur për kthimin e popullatës së shpërngulur Sahiti ndër të tjera theksoi se infrastruktura nuk është në gjendje të mirë dhe ajo duhet përmirësuar me qëllim që të stimulohet kthimi. Përveç përpjekjeve të vazhdueshme që bën komuna e Medvegjës për përmirësimin e jetës së qytetarëve, Sahiti përmendi edhe ndihmën e çmuar që ofron shoqata humanitare "Medvegja" nga Zvicëra.

Duke u njoftuar më hollësisht me problemet e shqiptarëve të Medvegjës, gjatë vizitës së tij zhvilluar shkollës fillore në Tupallë, Musliu tha se patriotizëm është të ftohen shqiptarët që të kthehen, të popullohet Lugina e Preshevës, por se Medvegja gjithashtu duhet të mbështetet edhe nga Shqipëria dhe Kosova.

"Vetë emri Këshill Kombëtar do të thotë të ecësh rrugës kombëtare, kjo rrugë nuk ecet vetë por së bashku me qeverinë dhe akademinë. E di se keni probleme në fushën e arsimit, qëndrimi jonë është që tekstet mësimore të vijnë nga Shqipëria dhe Kosova. Edhe kryeministri i Shqipërisë Edi Rama, ka deklaruar se do të jetë krah i Luginës", tha Musliu.

Ai shoti se do të kërkohet që t'i kthehet monitorimi ndërkombëtar Medvegjës sepse sipas tij, ka probleme të cilat duhet të monitorohen.

Në emër të kolektivit të shkollës fillore "Zenel Hajdini" në Tupallë delegacionin priti arsimtari Fadil Mustafa. Duke u dakorduar me problemet të cilat ka identifikuar Këshilli Kombëtar në Medvegjë veçanërisht në fushën e arsimit, Mustafa deklaroi se për punëtorët e kësaj shkolle problemet janë edhe më të theksuara.

"Ne ato probleme i shohim dhe i prekim për çdo ditë. Shkolla në Tupallë është shkolla e vetme me administratë dhe staf në gjuhën shqipe por ka vetëm 15 nxënës", tha Mustafa.

Duke u njoftuar më hollësisht me këto probleme, kryetari i Këshillit Kombëtar, Jonuz Musliu gjendjen e qujati alarmuese. Ai nga hapësirat e shkollës fillore në Tupallë u bëri ftesë të gjithë të zhvendosurve që të kthehen në vendlindjen e tyre sepse ky është atdheu i tyre.

Pas vizitës në Tupallë, delegacioni është kthyer në godinën e komunës së Medvegjës ku ka mbajtur seancën e radhës.

Sipas anëtarit nga Medvegja, Lulzim Sahiti është dënuar fuqishëm akti i dhunës ndaj ushtruesit të detyrës së kryetarit të komunës së Medvegjës Florim Sahiti me 12 janar nga simpatizantët e Partisë Përparimtare Serbe, është konfirmuar hapja e zyrës së Këshillit Kombëtar në Medvegjë, është konfirmuar kërkesa për hapjen e zyrës së OSBE-së në Medvegjë, mbështetja ndaj NP "Radio Medvegja" kundër privatizimit, si dhe të gjitha propozimet tjera të përgatitura nga pala medvegjase për këtë seancë.

Sipas Sahitit, problemet të cilat janë diskutuar në seancën e sotme të Këshillit Kombëtar janë çështje në interes të përgjithshëm të popullatës shqiptare në Medvegjë. /Titulli.com/

Në mbledhjen që sot KKSH mban në Medvegjë do t’i shtrohen këto kërkesa

Këshilli Kombëtar Shqiptar (KKSH) sot do të mbajë seancën e saj në Medvegjë në hapësirat e Qendrës për të rinj, ashtu siç kishte paralajmëruar disa ditë më parë kryetari i këtij Këshilli, Jonuz Musliu.

Në këtë seancë ndër të tjera do të shqyrtohen: hapja e zyrës së Këshillit Kombëtar në Medvegjë, bashkëpunimi me Prishtinën dhe Tiranën, sulmi i ndodhur ndaj institucioneve lokale me 12 janar të këtij viti, gjegjësisht sulmi ndaj zëvendëskryetarit të komunës Florim Sahiti me theks të veçantë në masat e ndërmarra nga institucionet kompetente.

Siç ka mësuar Agjencia e lajmeve MePRESS, në këtë mbledhje që fillon në orën 11h do të paraqiten edhe disa kërkesa nga anëtari i KKSH-së, Lulzim Sahiti, duke kërkuar nga Këshilli Kombëtar që:

1. Të dënohet akti i dhunës ndaj institucioneve lokale, gjegjësisht zëvendëskryetarit të komunës Florim Sahiti që ka ndodhur me datën 12 janar të këtij viti, me ç'rast do të kërkohet llogari nga institucionet përgjegjëse për mos marrjen e masave të duhura,

2. Që OSBE-ja urgjentisht të hapë një zyrë në Medvegjë me qëllim të parandalimit të represionit të mëtejshëm ndaj shqiptarëve,

3. Të ndërmerren masa për ndalimin e masivizimit të dukurisë së fshirjes së adresave të qytetarëve, dukuri kjo e njohur ndryshe si "adresat fiktive",

4. Të hapet zyra e Këshillit Kombëtar në Medvegjë e cila do të merret me çështjet e shqiptarëve,

5. Të mbahet takim urgjent me zëvendëskryetarin e komunës për hapjen sa më shpejtë të kufirit në Mutivodë për qarkullim të mallrave, në bazë të marrëveshjes së Brukselit por edhe të vazhdohet biseda rreth iniciativës për hapjen e kufirit në Kapi për njerëz,

6. Të dënohet fushata negative mediale e gazetës elektronike "E-novine" (artikulli i publikuar me 17 janar 2015),

7. Nga KKSH do të kërkohet që të merret vendim që asnjë arsimtar serb të mos i jep mësim nxënësve shqiptarë, ndërsa nga Ministria do të kërkohet hapja e konkursit që në raste të tilla arsimtarët serbë të zëvendësohen me shqiptarë.

Sipas Lulzim Sahitit, anëtarë i Kuvendit të KKSH-së që vije nga Medvegja, këto çështje konsiderohen si prioritare për të gjithë shqiptarët e komunës së Medvegjës pa marrë parasysh përkatësinë e tyre partiake. /Titulli.com/
